"Hate speech" laws / Moncton massacre (w/ Joshua Blakeney)

  1. Sunic was very articulate, but what did he say? I wanted to hear more, particularly about censorship in Canada, but found only this.

America does not yet know freedom-killing laws that have by now become the trademark of the Federal Republic of Germany and France. Compared to the French Penal Code, especially the Fabius-Gayssot law, or the dreaded Section 130 of the Criminal Code in Germany, the famous First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution opens up avenues to freedom of expression that one could only dream about in Europe.

Intellectuals who write for newspapers labeled “racist” or “extreme rightwing”, or heads of U.S. institutions who voice doubts about the official casualty figure of the Jewish Holocaust, such as The Barnes Review or The Institute of Historical Review, could be liable to a 4-year prison sentence in Germany, or subject to heavy legal fines in France.

None of this exists as of yet in America, where one can see even proscribed European scholars such as Robert Faurisson and David Irving as guests of honor of different revisionist groups.,,,,.

One must not be fooled, however. American media and especially the mainstream press attuned to the System, such as The Huffington Post, The New York Times, The Washington Post, let alone the major television channels, such as CNN, are careful not to venture into open discussions of the great taboos of our postmodernity: the Jewish question and the race question.

  3. “The American species, Homo americanus, exists all over Europe now…

Following the Second World War, hundreds of European and American authors were removed from library shelves on the basis of their allegedly extremist, racist and unscientific character.”

  6. Is Baby in Hot Car a Hoax too?

It is being reported that 33-year old Justin Harris researched how to kill a child in a hot car, as well as his wife Leanna Harris, in the days before they left their 22-month old son in a hot car where he died from heat stroke. Please notice the father's age of "33" years and the child's age of "22" months. This is another shining example of how the media is constantly putting "master numerology" in front of our eyes, but for what reason? While it is possible this story is true, I am leaning towards the thought that it is yet another hoax, all for the purpose of waging psychological warfare against the viewing audience that sees this story.

I believe that in general, Joan, it has always historically been the case that is far safer to criticize any nation-state from outside of that country- to consistently and vociferously do so from inside a nation-states border is asking for trouble- risking rigged trials and imprisonment etc.

Inevitably, the main media outlets in any nation-state must always become merely mouthpieces for that state and its agenda [which is, always, a bigger and more powerful state] .

This fact of life is no differently , _despite_ the 1st amendment , just as true in the US today as in other nation-states. Sadly [or, perhaps ironically] most Americans remain unaware of this fact of life.

    Welcome to the Matrix !:-)

    And Happy Dependence Day everyone!

True, OBF, most media self-censor, but there are a few that have consistently used their first amendment rights to publish unpopular facts on certain issues such as the Holocaust. These have been the now extinct Spotlight, the American Free Press, the Barnes Reiview and the Institute of Historical Review. But, they have paid a price for it due to being hounded by the ADL and SPLC.

In the nineties, survivalist and separatist groups, often living in Idaho, were targeted by the FBI as criminals having been set up by these agencies into doing illegal acts such as sawing off a shotgun as in the Randy Weaver case.

The massacre by the government at Waco was another incident provoked by the SPLC's fear and loathing of persons exercising their rights under the law. There are a few brave souls willing to risk their lives for what they believe. There should be more, but political correctness drummed into us by the media keeps most people in line.
