JFK: More on Oswald in the Doorway

  1. This is one hell of a great interview. Fabulous work, i.e., lines of reasoning, dear KDR.

  2. Did anybody say/testify that they saw Lovelady in a red-and-white striped shirt that day?

Were the Altgen and Weigman photos taken at the same time?

  3. As far as I can tell, only Lovelady was asked what shirt he was wearing (At the start he claimed the red & white striped, only later did he recant). The Weigman frame is seconds later.

    1. That shirt is so garish it would be hard to forget, even on that day. It would be easy enough to ask co-workers if they remembered him wearing it. That it appears this wasn't done is suggestive.

If the two photos are not simultaneous then we can't infer much from the different arrangement of on-lookers. People can move in seconds.

      Thx

  5. @bvrider, agreed, never had any doubt abouut that, at least not in the last 3 decades anyway.

My interest is in demonstrating, with luck incontrovertibly, that the government perpetrated a fraud, that it cannot be trusted, that it has its own agenda and not ours.

This comes pretty close. It wont matter what anybody said [including Lovelady] if it can be demonstrated that he wasn't wearing plaid that day.

It is moot though, the gov' has been caught in so many lies by now that it's hard to remember them all...

    1. Lovelady is hired on in December of '61 according to this superb website: http://www.spartacus.schoolnet.co.uk/JFKlovelady.htm.

I was wondering the same thing...

It is not likely that Lovelady was involved before the assassinmation as he testified that he heard shot[s] coming from the knoll. [Follow the link.]Although he may have been coerced after the fact...

Not quite sure what the significance of JR possibly being BTM is. where was Ruby supposed to be at that moment anyway?

There's a man who worked for a Dallas newspaper who tells a story that he and a companion found a pool of fresh blood at the grassy knoll. His friend took pictures which were later confiscated by the FBI. Can't remember the guy's name, but he said Ruby was hanging out at the newspaper's offices when JFK murdered.

    2. There is an interview with this blood-on-the-knoll guy online. I think there might be youtube, and I'm almost certain that he's in the archives of Black-op Radio.

Damned if I can't remember his name, but a Google search might help. Anyway, he's quite specific about Ruby's whereabouts.

  7. So we have Oswald saying he was in the doorway; we have somebody claiming that Oswald was in the building gettting change for a vending machine at the moment the shots rang out; and we have a cop saying he saw LHO in the lunchroom sipping a soda within a minute or two of the first shot; who's telling the truth?

If the woman who made change for Oswald is telling the truth, then he couldn't be the figure in the doorway reputed to be Lovelady.

And what about the cop? His version of events has been accepted as gospel by JFK revisionists since day one and offered as evidence that O. couldn't have been on the 6th flr etc.

But if O. was in the doorway and the cop did see him in the luchnroom moments after the murder, then what happened? Did O. observe the assassination and then say 'oh well, let me go get a pop'? It's just so hard to imagine witnessing the hit and then dashing into the lunchroom for a beverage.

If KD is right [and he makes a good case], then the change story is impossible and the cop story extremely unlikely.

    Who knows!

    1. There were two Oswalds. See "Harvey and Lee." One went out the back to a waiting station wagon. The other took public transportation. Which was the one shot by Ruby? Beats me.

  8. Another mystery, altho unrelated: If O. was infiltrating the plot to kill K., as so many revisionists believe and JVB insists, Why didn't he report it to the Kennedy family, the prez or the AG? According to JVB, O. was aware that he was going to be framed for the hit, why not save K's life and his own?

  9. All interesting points Dave Fryett . One can also consider that they are all telling the truth . The woman giving the change could have her timing wrong . Oswald may of bought the pop before stepping out the doors to witness the shooting and then returned to the lunch room to wait by the phone ( for his handler to call ).Marion Baker ( the Cop ) can be seen on film entering the TSBD with Roy Truly following behind . In his report he wrote Oswald was drinking a Coke before scratching it out . Truly identified Oswald as an employee to Baker but stated he did not see anything in Oswald's hands . With the exception to Oswald I believe that the other TSBD employees were ordinary people and their original statements can be taken for the truth ( Roy Truly, Bill Shelley, Wesley Frazier and even Lovelady ). Lovelady only began playing the Doorman role in all its plaidness by '67. Before that he said he was wearing the red&white striped shirt and that the shots came from the knoll, he even said that the limo had came to a complete stop . By '67 he was definitely "gotten to".
