    We really must congratulate
    Nick Kollerstrom on his presentation.
    So typically and lovably English:
    a reserved, understated, non-confrontational, anything-for-a-quiet-life and softly spoken gentleman
    who punctuates his observations with "Oh, dear!". The kind of Englishman who says "Sorry!!" if YOU accidentally tread on HIS toes on the London underground. Mind the gap!! Oh, dear!!!
